Join Our 6/12 Workshop at the Entrepreneurs Forum: Making the Right Hire: Do You Have a Strategy for Growth?
Impact: What is your strategy for the freedom to live your values in your business? Studies show that more overt corporate social responsibility improves recruiting and retention.
Pivotal Business Solutions, in partnership with EFGP, is leading a strategic recruiting workshop for CEO’s, owners and business leaders that includes a deep dive into leveraging your values around social responsibility to enhance your culture and recruiting. We will include a focus on how millennials, who are now the largest work force cohort, engage regarding social responsibility.
The Philadelphia region is a leader in leveraging corporate social responsibility to do good and do well in business. Organizations like B Corp, the leading non-profit for CSR certification, to ImpactPHL to Good Company Ventures are connecting area businesses to make positive changes in our communities, from cleaning up the environment to increasing diversity among employees. Studies, including this recent analysis by The Pew Center, indicate that millennials want to work for organizations that align with their values for social good.
