Walt Lynn, Talent Acquisition Specialist
Walt is a highly productive recruitment professional experienced in multiple industries, including software, print, media, and professional services. He is a natural relationship builder with a successful track record in developing and retaining clients and employees, building recruiting programs and processes and improving profitability in competitive marketplaces. Walt served as Operations Director as part of his five year career at USA Today. Walt brings a great combination of process and personal touch to PBS searches. Walt has great communication and networking skills and is able to understand client needs and connect with candidates. Along with his high touch approach, Walt rigorously uses search processes, including social media and online tools, tracking and pipeline reporting, to source candidates. His natural curiosity is one of the reasons he is such a strong recruiter.
Walt earned his BS in Business Administration from Montclair State University. At MSU, Walt was one of the founders of ‘The Drop-In Center’, an on campus and local area community crisis intervention counseling center. He remains active as an alumni, having served on the Alumni Association Board of Directors and the Grant Committee. Walt has served his township as Spokesperson and Community Organizer for the Warren Inn Neighborhood Society (WINS). Walt previously served both on the Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Montgomery County Board of Directors and the 300 member Philadelphia Center City Rotary Committees.
