I’ve always loved building businesses. Since I was a kid with my own newspaper, Chain Reaction, and a lawn business with a partner, Adam & Mark’s Reliable Lawn Service. Today, as a Fractional Strategic Growth Officer and CEO Whisperer, I bring that same passion to helping CEOs, Owners, and Founders grow companies they’re proud of.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve supported more than 95 small and mid-sized businesses through hands-on operations leadership and advisory services. I help founders untangle the messy parts of growth—staff recruiting, systems, vendors, financials, and strategy—so they can focus on what they do best -- their craft -- their product or service.

As a Full-time and Fractional Chief Operating Officer, I’ve helped scale companies like Asset-Map (now valued near $50 million), Lapidary Journal (acquired by KKR), S&D Marketing (where I was able to sell my equity successfully), and UnReal Marketing (which earned spots on the Philadelphia 100 growth list twice). Along the way, I’ve hands-on led successful turnarounds, advised CEOs, and guided companies through acquisitions.

My background includes an Honors Finance degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where I’ve also taught and served as a consultant through Wharton’s Small Business Center and the Wharton Sports Business Academy.

Through my CEO Whisperer service, I act as a trusted advisor—offering CEOs a sounding board, accountability partner, and guide for the decisions that keep them up at night.

I care deeply about the CEOs I work with. I love helping them move their businesses forward—bringing structure where it’s needed, asking the hard questions, and offering practical support rooted in real experience.

As a professional magician who has performed over 800 magic shows including over 100 volunteering for lesser advantaged children, I’ve learned that success takes practice, effort… and just a little bit of magic.
