Our expertise in first looking at company goals and then helping you create the role for the new hire and a thorough job description, screening, interviewing, and negotiating ensures a higher likelihood of securing top-tier talent, making the investment a strategic choice for businesses seeking long-term success in talent acquisition.

- 06PBS performs retained searches as a guaranteed percentage of the first year's salary for the position. Retained searches involve an exclusive partnership between a client and a recruitment firm, with a fee paid for dedicated services in finding a specific executive. Contingent searches allow multiple firms to work simultaneously on a non-exclusive basis, with payment contingent on successfully placing a candidate, offering more flexibility but resulting in less dedicated attention to each search. As we only take on a limited number of searches at a time, we do not work contingent.
